Our homes come with granite countertops and wood floors in the common areas as standards. All you have to do is choose which house you want to build.

The hawk’s nest
As the newest addition to our collection of home designs, The Hawk’s Nest is a whopping 3,200 square feet with five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a basement, and attic storage. In addition, this design offers a multi-gen floor plan on the ground floor as an upgrade.
The Hosner
Named for one of the first streets we built on, this home is grand, to say the least, with a multi-gen floorplan option available as an upgrade. A big open floor plan, a large fireplace, and premium appliances are the hallmarks of this home.
The Alexis
This home is named after the daughter of the first client to commission this design. Thoughtfully laid out with a spacious kitchen and dining area and an expansive primary bedroom with dual walk-in closets, this home has it all.
The Executive Ponderosa
The newest edition to our collection of homes, The Executive Ponderosa, is also our latest ranch model, with a large open layout in the center of the house, a luxurious primary suite, and the perfect den for noisy kids during the holidays.

The Hillside features three floors, a large open layout on the main floor, and an optional extra sizeable second-floor bathroom with a walk-in closet for the second bedroom.
